    Rates are per night and for two guests.

    Include: Home grown organic ingredients for your self catered breakfast ready upon arrival, prepared for two people staying for two nights. All linen, one exit cleaning and all local goods & services tax (GST).

    A charge of $50.00 per person, per night applies for additional guests.

    APOLOGIES: LA BODEGA WON'T BE TAKING BOOKINGS FOR THE BED & BREAKFAST SUITES OVER 2023-2024 SUMMER SEASON.

    *Check in from 2:00PM

    *Check out at 11:00AM

    *Early Check In is NOT available in December or January

    *Payment: All bookings are secured with a credit card

    *Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged when you reserve your accommodation. Balance will be payable SEVEN days prior to arrival. La Bodega will charge the final balance to the credit card supplied at reservation

    *Cancellations: Please go to our Terms of Business section. ALL cancellation reimbursements will incur an administrative fee of NZ$85.00.

    There is NO refund for early departure.

    Terms of Business:

    -La Bodega is a NON-SMOKING ENVIRONMENT - indoor or outdoor smoking is not permitted. A breach of this will result in a cleaning fee of NZ$500 being applied.

    -Sorry, no pets.

    -La Bodega is not available for weddings or parties.

    -There is no refund for early departure

    -Paying your reservation: 50% of the total amount will be charged when you reserve your accommodation. Seven days prior to arrival, La Bodega will charge the final balance to the credit card supplied at the moment of reservation.

    -La Bodega Terms & Conditions will apply to your rental booking. If you booked through a Third Party then these terms and conditions are to be read in conjuction with that Third Party's terms and conditions. If that Third Party does not provide charges or administration fees to you due to a cancellation then the charges or administrative fees will be our ordinary charges or administrative fees.

    Cancellations: Important Notice

    1. Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made more than 21 days before arrival. (Administration fee applies)

    2. Cancellations received between 21 days and 7 days of arrival incur a charge of 50% of the total booking.

    3. Cancellations received less than 7 days before arrival incur a charge of 100% of the total booking.

    4. All cancellation reimbursements will incur an administrative fee of NZ$85.00, this will be charged to the credit card number supplied at the moment of your reservation.

    We strongly advise that travel insurance be taken out, in case of unforeseen circumstances.
